The balance on the shaft is nice, particularly since i use this for every application possible edging sidewalks, trimming under shrubs, along swingsets, etc.
The head is easier to manage, so i get crisper corners.
The string is easier to replace than on my troybilt or craftsman.
It comes with the titaniumlaced string, which is more difficult to see than bright orange, but it lasts longer and gives better edges.
Assembly was easy one screw to put the debris shield on.
It comes with the first 2oz of husky oil, and so far has pretty impressive fuel efficiency.
But it compensates with a rather light engine and good balance.
I probably need to get out of a bad habit on that anyway.
Reliability is good so far it starts pretty easily for a 2cycle.
